A 12-hectare coarse reservoir within Ulley Country Park, managed by Rotherham MBC, formed by damming the Ulley and Morthen brooks in the 1880s. All-year coarse fishing is available from dawn to dusk, with day and season permits sold via the Rotherham Council website, and the water is well regarded for its roach stocks which come into their own in colder months.
