A traditional family-run single-lake coarse fishery on the A46 at Usselby, managed by Mike and Jean Manning with their son Andrew. The one-acre lake has 20 well-spaced pegs on a lawned surround, with depths of 5ft to 7.5ft at 10 metres from the bank. No large carp — stocked with a good variety of silverfish, crucian carp, koi, F1s, chub and smaller carp.
Lawned surround giving easy access to all pegs. Ample room behind pegs for pole fishing. Accessed directly off the A46 between Caistor and Market Rasen. No large carp.
