The Park Fishery

A traditional family-run single-lake coarse fishery on the A46 at Usselby, managed by Mike and Jean Manning with their son Andrew. The one-acre lake has 20 well-spaced pegs on a lawned surround, with depths of 5ft to 7.5ft at 10 metres from the bank. No large carp — stocked with a good variety of silverfish, crucian carp, koi, F1s, chub and smaller carp.

• Only 1 rod to be in use at any time.
• Barbless hooks only.
• No single fish over 2lb to be kept in keepnets.
• All nets to be completely dry before use to avoid disease.
• No floating baits.
• Fishing from numbered pegs only.
• No night fishing.
• Any child under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
• No dogs allowed.
• No radios without headphones.
• No litter to be left on the bank.
