Two acres with central island. Depths 5-6ft, slightly deeper at northern end. Mature pine trees provide shade. Renowned for Tench to 7lb. Carp regularly caught in margins to 13-14lb. Water lily beds on far bank. Excellent silver fish from pegs around the island. Day and afternoon tickets.

One and a half acres. Depths average 6ft, shallowing near edges. Water lily beds throughout. Level, accessible banks -- ideal for all ages and abilities, especially those in nearby holiday cottages. North side steeper banks with mature willow trees offering excellent secluded pegs. Impressive stock despite modest size.

Rectangular 2.5-acre lake. Uniform 6ft depth. Carp 12-31lb. Eastern bank tree-lined for morning shade; east and south ends offer more privacy. Regular winter restock program. Feeding program introduced Spring 2025. Rules tightened October 2025. Ledgering most effective; floating baits work on sunny days. Carp often in margins. Max 3 rods.

Two acres surrounded on three sides by young woodland. South side has mown bank for easy access. Good for pole fishing. Semi-circular shallows at one end and central island with 1m shelf around it -- both productive for Tench and Carp. Considered easiest of the four lakes due to stocking levels.
