A well-established 28-acre, four-lake day ticket fishery situated in mature Havering pastureland, just 5 minutes from J29 of the M25. The Snake Lake is one of Essex and east London's premier 100-peg match venues, with popular Sunday and Wednesday open matches. The Wood Lake is a dedicated specimen carp water with fish to 30lb. An on-site café and Ockendon Bait and Tackle shop complete the facilities.

Fishery Rules

Tackle

Barbless hooks only.
Landing nets must be assembled and ready to use at all times.
No keepnets except in authorised competitions.

Conduct

All fish must be returned to the lake immediately.
All litter to be taken home.
No alcohol on site.
No cutting of vegetation.
No dogs on site.
No radios, fires or swimming. No BBQs.

Safety

CCTV operates on site 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Poaching is a criminal offence and will be reported to the police.
