300-year-old clay pit, originally two pools now merged. Purpose-built landing stages on all pegs. Lily beds, weedy margins and channels as natural features. Carp to 20lb, rudd, roach, bream, perch and gudgeon.
A charming one-acre clay pit, approximately 300 years old, set three minutes from Junction 9 of the M42 near The Belfry golf course in North Warwickshire. Originally dug as two pools separated by a bank, the waters merged around 30 years ago when the outlet was filled. All fishing is from purpose-built landing stages, with every peg featuring a natural element to fish to -- lily beds, weeded margins or channels. Under new ownership since 2022, with significant investment in facilities including reinforced pegs, bridges and new toilets.
Match days vary. Please contact the fishery for details.
