Three mature coarse fishing lakes on a nine-acre adult-only site at North Somercotes, set on the edge of a 25-acre pine forest near the Lincolnshire coast. The lakes were dug for sand and gravel in the 1930s and run as a day-ticket fishery for many years before a period as a trout fishery; now a fully restored coarse fishery with 98 purpose-built pegs, the majority with car parking behind. On-site tackle and bait shop, cafe and touring caravan pitches.
Pegs 81-98. Large head of double-figure carp to 38lb. Tench to 10lb, Catfish to 17lb, Grass Carp to 16lb. Record pleasure catch in one day: 280lb.
Pegs 31-80. Main species silverfish, Bream, Tench, small Carp, Barbel, Ghost Carp to 20lb+, Mirror Carp to 20lb+, Roach and Rudd. Primary club match lake.
Pegs 1-30. Shallower lake. Species include Tench, Crucian Carp, Roach, Rudd, Perch, small Carp, Barbel and Chub.
