Smallest lake on the complex "but with the biggest heart". Mixed fishery designed for pleasure angling. 5 x 24hr swims, suited to relaxed low-to-mid-20s carp fishing and family overnight stays. No spodding permitted on this lake.
Mature lake with island, bars, reed beds, deep holes. Excellent runs water. Most tactics work; boilie over spod mix for numbers, boilie-only for larger specimens. Floater fishing good in summer. Winter pike fishing permitted here (1 Oct-31 Mar).
Smallest lake on the complex, reed-fringed swims. Good starter water for juniors/inexperienced anglers — pole or running line with maggots productive. Access point for fishing the River Ivel (ticket purchased via Blunham Lake; stile access, caution advised re: predator electric fence). No spodding permitted on this lake.
Largest lake on the complex. Gravel pit excavated late 1980s, now part of the Warren Villas nature reserve. Considered one of the more difficult lakes, particularly rewarding for patient anglers. Stocked with 200+ carp (many dark chocolate-coloured, several high 30s). Strong tench and pike present. Winter pike fishing permitted here (1 Oct-31 Mar).
Established 1997, located next to Becks Lake. Stocked with Common, Mirror and a small number of Koi carp.

Excellent runs water, popular with beginners. Fly fishing for carp and surface fishing both productive in summer with multiple hits recorded. 24hr sessions account for 16 swims.
Backs onto Booneys Lake. Established 2004, stocked with hand-picked carp reared on-site. Approx. 100 fish over 20lb. Considered a challenging lake; average carp size among the highest on site, many fish topping 30lb.
