About This Fishery

Known locally as the Jam Factory -- named after a former jam factory at the top of the lane -- Lower Broadheath Fishery is a six-pool complex that started life in 1975 as a single irrigation pool on Oldbury Farm. Now one of the most popular match and pleasure venues in Worcestershire, it offers six well-stocked waters holding carp to 35lb, bream and tench to 8lb+, chub to 5lb, and a head of stillwater barbel. Uniquely, keepnets are permitted for pleasure anglers, a rarity on modern commercial fisheries.
