Ten coarse lakes with 450+ pegs hold enormous quantities of carp, F1s and silverfish; match weights of 200lb+ are routine and the Beeches Lake record stands at 298lb. 50 pegs. Largest fish on the complex -- carp to 28lb, Ghost carp to 24lb, many 20lb+ fish. Average carp around 7lb with good doubles. Big head of F1s to 4lb+. Bream present. Ideal for day ticket anglers seeking big fish.
1-acre strip pond, 24 pegs, up to 5ft deep. Great for small, competitive match action. Small clubs venue.

Summer is the most productive time across the venue, with fish feeding confidently throughout the day. Shallow fishing dominates on many lakes once the water warms.
Begin on a short pole at 5–6m before progressing onto the long pole. Feed 4mm hard pellets regularly and fish 6mm pellets or expanders over the top.
On larger waters such as Loco, bomb and pellet or pellet waggler can be excellent. Margins become increasingly productive during late afternoon, particularly with corn or groundbait.
