About This Fishery

Three lakes set on a 260-acre farm near Lighthorne, thought to originate as medieval stew ponds associated with an adjacent Monks' Resting House. Lake One is a specimen carp lake with fish to 25lb; Lake Two is a pleasure water with carp, bream, tench and grass carp; and Lake Three is a match pond stocked with smaller carp and roach. B&B accommodation available in the farmhouse.
