Tackle

Bait boats are not permitted
Barbless hooks only
Considerate use of spods & spombs permitted
In-line method feeder only
No braided mainline
No fixed lead rigs
Padded mats or cradles must be used for unhooking

Conduct

All anglers must keep to the banks of the fisheries
All litter to be removed & taken home
All nets must be dipped upon arrival
Anglers must not be more than 1 peg away from their rods
Anglers with litter in their immediate vicinity will be banned
Fishing from designated pegs only
No anti-social or generally disruptive behaviour
No dogs
No radios
One non fishing guest is allowed per angler

Access

Anglers aged 16 and over can fish un-accompanied
Anglers aged under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (i.e. someone aged 21+)

Safety

All fish are the property of McCallums Bank End Fisheries
Anglers with litter in their immediate vicinity will be banned
Fish must be released from keep nets within 5 hours
Fish weighing over 4lb must not be kept in keep-nets (except for matches)
Keep-net weights must not exceed 50 -60lb
No anti-social or generally disruptive behaviour
One non fishing guest is allowed per angler
When using more than 1 keep-net (e.g. in a match) fish must be distributed evenly between all keep-nets
