About This Fishery

A peaceful fishery set in 30 acres of mature Cotswold countryside on the edge of the Cotswold Water Park near Ashton Keynes, featuring a half-acre day ticket lake alongside a large private 23-acre syndicate lake. The day ticket water offers consistent sport for tench, bream, crucian carp and silver fish in a tranquil rural setting.

Fishery Rules
Tackle
  • All nets, mats, slings and cradles must be thoroughly dipped in the disinfectant tank before fishing.
  • Barbless hooks only. No fixed rigs.
  • Minimum 15lb main line. No braided mainline except when lure fishing.
Bait
  • No uncrushed nuts as groundbait. All particle baits must be properly prepared.
Conduct
  • No baited rods to be left unattended. Hook baits must be removed when rods are out of the water.
  • No boats, no drones, no dogs, no firearms and no fires. Bait boats permitted but must be used responsibly.
  • No carp sacks. Floating retention or weigh slings permitted for no longer than 20 minutes in deep water and must be secured to the bank.
Access
  • A valid Environment Agency rod licence is required.
  • No access to areas marked private. No lines to be cast across neighbouring swims.
Safety
  • No under 14s. Anglers aged 14-16 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
  • No wading, no swimming, no bathing, no paddling.
