A small two-lake day-ticket fishery tucked into the countryside just outside Pontefract, offering match-style pleasure fishing on two stocked ponds. The small lake is particularly popular for waggler and pole fishing, while the larger lake attracts more experienced anglers after the double-figure carp. Groundbait is banned; particles, pellets and corn are the preferred approach.
Float-only water, very heavily stocked. Extremely popular - arrive early to secure a peg. Best suited to waggler and pole. Holds smaller carp alongside silverfish.
Larger of the two waters, attracting more experienced anglers. Double-figure carp present. Feeder fishing with particles effective alongside waggler and pole approaches.
